My background is unusual but deliberate. I'm an Emergency Medicine Consultant with over 30 years of NHS experience. I've spent more than 20 years in medical education, designing and delivering teaching across specialties. I'm also a coach, an AI trainer and, on occasion, a performer. That combination means I can make complex ideas understandable, hold a room's attention, and give people something practical to take away.
Audiences don't need a lecture. They need clarity, confidence and ideas they can use on Monday morning.

Experience
I bring more than 30 years of NHS experience to every session, including 20 years in Emergency Medicine and 14 years as a Consultant. Alongside clinical practice, I've spent over 20 years developing educators, leading simulation programmes and supporting healthcare professionals through teaching, coaching and leadership development.
My professional credentials include Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, Diploma in Medical Education, ILM Level 5 Coach and Member of the Academy of Medical Educators.
I've delivered keynotes, workshops and faculty development for a wide range of audiences. I understand how to read a room, adjust pace and tone, and make sure people leave with more than they arrived with.
